All KarolShoes footwear is made from premium-quality natural cowhide leather sourced from trusted European tanneries. The leather is hand-painted, brushed and finished in layers, giving every pair a unique look.

The upper, lining and insole are all leather. This ensures durability, breathability and comfort even during long hours of wear. We do not use synthetic materials.

Every stage of production — from cutting the leather to the final polishing — is carried out by hand in our workshop.

Each pair of KarolShoes is handmade, which is why the standard order processing time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on size availability.

We ship worldwide with trusted courier partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 2–6 business days
• North America: 5–14 business days
• Asia–Pacific, Middle East, Latin America & Africa: 7–21 business days

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method (for cash-on-delivery orders, to the bank account you provide).

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels. Please include the completed return form inside the package.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, you also have 30 calendar days. Footwear must be new, clean and unworn. Fill out the exchange form and include it with your parcel.

Handmade leather shoes are an investment in style, comfort, and durability. With just a few minutes of regular care, the leather will stay soft, strong, and elegant for years. Here are our expert tips from Jordan Handmade Shoes craftsmen.

Daily care

After each use, remove dust and moisture with a soft cloth or a natural bristle brush. Avoid soaking the leather – too much water may damage its structure.

Protection and waterproofing

We recommend using leather care sprays designed for natural leather. They protect against moisture and stains without changing the color. Avoid waxes and heavy pastes, as they may darken the leather or make it too shiny.

Conditioning and nourishment

Every few weeks, apply a thin layer of neutral cream or conditioner. Gently polish with a soft cloth to restore natural shine and flexibility. Avoid strong pigments unless you want to slightly darken the tone.

Drying and storage

If your shoes get wet, dry them at room temperature away from heat sources. Use shoe trees or paper to maintain their shape. Store them in cotton bags to protect from dust and humidity.

Our recommendations

• Use colorless sprays without silicones or dyes.
• Avoid wax on matte or hand-painted finishes.
• Let shoes air out between wears.

FAQ

Can I use shoe polish on KarolShoes?

Not recommended. Polishes and waxes can alter the color. Use a neutral conditioner or spray instead.

How often should I waterproof my shoes?

Every 2–3 weeks with regular wear, or monthly if worn less frequently.

Can I use universal cleaning products?

Only if they are safe for natural leather. Always test on a small hidden area first.
