Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method (for cash-on-delivery orders, to the bank account you provide).

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels. Please include the completed return form inside the package.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, you also have 30 calendar days. Footwear must be new, clean and unworn. Fill out the exchange form and include it with your parcel.

Notes:

• Returns and exchanges are possible only with a proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
• Personalized products (marked “PERSONALIZATION”) cannot be returned.
• Please try on shoes only on a soft surface (e.g., carpet) to avoid damaging the leather sole.
